Breakfast Buddies
The "Breakfast Buddies" program is offered one Friday morning in Thunder Bay. Families learn to prepare and cook breakfast together and enjoy fun activities.

Thunder Bay and Lonlac's "Community Kitchens"
The "Community Kitchens" program lets participants cook several meals together, for their families. The participants collectively contribute toward the cost of the food. Offered at the Thunder Bay and Longlac sites. At Thunder Bay, one monthly community kitchen is for Aboriginal women.

Thunder Bay's "Family Drop In"
The "Family Drop In" program is a weekly drop in for families. Parents visit with each other and spend time with their children for snack and crafts. Referrals are made to community resources, and advocacy and support are provided.

Outreach at Limbrick
The program features a once a week Wednesday afternoon walk in clinic. A weekly hot lunch for children during the school year and a twice a month community kitchen is offered with community partners.

Living with Diabetes
The "Living with Diabetes" program is an education program for seniors and their spouses on how to manage diabetes. Featuring information about exercise, healthy food choices, blood pressure and blood sugar checks. Offered monthly at the Thunder Bay site. Offered monthly for individuals of all ages at the Longlac site.

"Parenting Program"
Sessions focus on parenting issues, and feature discussions, presentations, videos, and occasional guest speakers. Childcare, bus passes, parenting resources are provided.

"Screening Clinics"
A speech and language pathologist visits the centre to provide scheduled appointments four times per year at the Thunder Bay and Longlac sites. An audiologist visits quarterly to provide screening at the Thunder Bay site.

"Smoking Cessation Program"
A program to assist individuals thinking about smoking cessation. Offered once or twice a year in Longlac and Thunder Bay sites.

"You Make the Difference"
Participants learn ways to promote speech and language development with children birth to three years of age. Includes play activities, group learning and video sessions. Childcare is provided.

Women's Life Skills Program
A program to help women develop their decision-making skills to make healthy lifestyle choices. Topics are based on the interest of the participants.
