Volunteer Opportunities

Wendy Talbot
Chief Executive Officer

Why would anyone come to Thunder Bay? I actually chose Northwestern Ontario over a beautiful western city. I wanted to kayak, ski, and drive to work unencumbered by traffic jams noise and pollution. We don't have a large cosmopolitan centre with ballet and multiple theatres but we do have a community that is welcoming and diverse. We have a quality of life that is worth the drive from Toronto and we are just a quick plane ride away from all the hustle and bustle anyone would want.
