Our children's development programs help you promote your child's speech, language and motor skills, and help us identify possible problems at an early stage.
We host speech and hearing clinics.
We have nutrition programs for children, to introduce good food to grow on and to show them that healthy eating can be fun.
We offer children's programs to prevent and reduce bullying.
Students 12 and older can participate in babysitting courses, to learn more about first aid, fire safety, and looking after children.
We have several community kitchen programs for individuals wanting to learn how to prepare healthy nutritious meals.
We offer diabetes education to help individuals living with diabetes. Participants learn how to control their blood sugar and discuss topics like healthy eating, exercise and reducing stress.
We organize a regular seniors lunch to provide seniors with a nutritious meal and socialization.
A seniors exercise program is offered for seniors of any fitness level to improve balance, flexibility and coordination, and to have fun.
Our foot care nurse provides care for your toenails and feet. A Chiropodist, or foot specialist, visits the Ogden clinic on a regular basis.
The Breast Screening Coach provides a mammogram for women 50 years of age and over. The appointment also includes an examination of the breasts and instructions on how to examine your own breasts.
